We at Maazjee's aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always replace items if they are defective, damaged or even you don't like it. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for exchange within 15 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a replace, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or simply order details such as your Name on order or Order number.
Sale items
Our all regular & sale items are exchangeable not refundable.
Order Cancellation & Liability
Maazjee's reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. Maazjee's shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.
Exchanges

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,500/-, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
